The Future of Food Documentary

I watched this recently and it scares the hell out of me. Corporations patenting genetic codes, developing seed to survive the pesticides they also sell, and in time abusing this technology to completely control our food sources. Please watch this. Did you know that over 70% of us assume we’ve never eaten genetically modified foods, but in actuality most of us actually unwittingly have eaten these frankenfoods? It’s true and it scares me.

I saw this movie a couple years ago and watched again last year and it is STUNNING! If your farm is using non-GMO stock, and a farm next door uses a Monsanto seed, and it floats into your farm, Monsanto can sue you and has won in every case!!
The case of Percy Smizer is totally heartbreaking.
Oh and Jerry Garcia’s widow was the director, which is how i initially heard about it.
